'To appoint one person to organise and maintain stock of the tea cupboard at the Raynes Pk home ground.'
5. Rationale for motion:
'The hospitality provided to our opponents was woefully poor this season - this is nothing to do with Louise's superb contribution whatsoever. At several fixtures we were short of plates and squashes - especially when two home games were being played at RP. It was embarrassing to see players having to use serviettes as plates. Jim P admirably bought squshes at the 'last minute' but we can't expect him to do everything - he already has a lot 'on his plate!'. Let's make life easier for ourselves by being more organised on the tea front, being fine hosts to our visitors, and by being a Club which cares that visitors leave with a good experience overall.'
