CLUB BBQ- 2nd August - PLEASE RSVP

Hi fellow team mates and club members, Every year we try to have a get together with the entire club during the season. This year we have elected to have the club BBQ on the 2nd August 2008 as all 3 teams are playing at Taunton Avenue. Everyone is invited, including partners and family members. However to make this a success we need YOUR HELP!!! I need EVERYONE whom is interested in attending to EMAIL ME and provide the following within the next 5-10 days.

1.) Who is coming (ie yourself + wife + kids + other)
2.) Dietary requirements (Halaal, veg, etc)
3.) Ability to contribute (ie Salads, side dishes etc) - This is IMPORTANT as I cant do it by myself.

The club will be picking up the tab for the majority of this evening but we will need assistance from people. The last time was a great success and promises to be so this year. The good news is that the club is also hosting a Karaoke night on the same evening, so we all look forward to seeing Brian Clifford and Tush performing the famous dirty dancing duet "Time of my life". AJ tells me that he has a special version of "Its Raining Men" that he would like to perform. Please respond shortly, I look forward to hearing from you.
